After 2 long years.. here's an update!

Hello all! Tokuchi Aliyy here, I am currently undergoing IAP: industrial attachment programme it is also considered as working. I'm working at Safra Yishun EnergyOne gym and surviving well so far. Alhamdullilah. I just notice to be a personal trainer is not as easy as a pie, we need to upgrade ourself with fast and efficient workout programme that doesn't take up much time. We have to work hard for it and get all those Certificates. At first I thought I know everything about training people and be able to get them the results they wanted. Yes I trained my friend before and see him get the result that is why i'm being complacent. It's sad but, people start to get complacent over time when they are not expose to bigger knowledge and other kind of workouts out there.

I'm still the same plus size dude with a good attitude, starting to lose weight ever since i got to my attachment and hopefully I didn't stop halfway like always. :) I've talked to a lot of gym members and share with them the new things I have learnt for example the stability ball for abdominal workout as well as the use of the new equipments. I hope Edgar the fitness consultant there bring me out to look up for new equipment again and meet up those master trainer holder.

What are the things I am hoping for to happen? A client to train! I'm so bored doing those small jobs like giving out towels and locker keys to members. Well everything starts from a scratch, maybe god knows I'm not fully ready for this. Enough said, without further a do I offer you to the end of my update. Stay tuned! :D
