I'm still the same plus size dude with a good attitude, starting to lose weight ever since i got to my attachment and hopefully I didn't stop halfway like always. :) I've talked to a lot of gym members and share with them the new things I have learnt for example the stability ball for abdominal workout as well as the use of the new equipments. I hope Edgar the fitness consultant there bring me out to look up for new equipment again and meet up those master trainer holder.
What are the things I am hoping for to happen? A client to train! I'm so bored doing those small jobs like giving out towels and locker keys to members.
